Okay, starting to get my desire to create art back again, helps that I found something to give me inspiration, and it's a new art pen of all things

But I think the results are going to turn out nice. Now I can get back to making assets for my Game! Perhaps by month's end I'll have an alpha to show

I still have to get commissions finished, and I will, but I think I'm going to take a break from creative pursuits to focus on other things for a bit

Part of me needs to rediscover the joy of making for the sake of it, I think too much of it has been bogged down in "this has to be for something"

I think I've hit a period of creative burnout/depression

I don't really feel like drawing or doing much writing anymore, despite still loving those things, it's making it difficult even to finish commissions

Yet I still want to create, to be part of projects, just not in the same way I have been

Censoring certain subjects as a rule is not the way forward. Enhancing the labeling system and enforcing it is the way.

Also: starting with learning things like buttons and signals to accomplish tasks, rather than starting off trying to make something like a Platformer or Action game

Making a clicker game used so many fundamentals of Godot its crazy to me its not taught as THE starting course for learning the engine

Though I'm far from an expert or a master, I'm considering making Youtube Godot 101 classes that would have helped me personally back when I started learning Godot

What helped the most was both simple explanations and making me think of solutions, so I'd make classes that follow a similar structure

Vacation is almost over so my little silly 'clicker' game is getting polished

-Enemies grow stronger and change sprites each time they are killed
-A boss appears after x amount of minions are killed
-BG Changes each time a Boss is slain
-Properly animated attack animations
-Working auto attacks
