Samus had heard about Venom by reputation alone. So being offered anything by him was praise enough. Even if she didn't know him personally yet.

This was one of the few occasions that anyone would see who was underneath the mask.

It was rather refreshing to be in a place that wasn't always serious to her. Too much time facing enemies that kept coming after her, and bounties were coming in often, but she needed some downtime. At least before the next mission she needed to do.
