Ever try to just… do nothing? Like, really nothing? It’s weirdly hard. But maybe that’s the point. Our brain needs a break from the constant ‘go-go-go.’ Sitting still, staring at the ceiling… It’s a reset. Giving myself permission to do nothing today, and it feels good.
