As a library employee, I absolutely love when we get first time patrons. The thrill I get telling them "oh and we also have..." is very satisfying and heartwarming.

Libraries also tend to have budgets to accommodate requests as long as there's a demand for those resources! It never hurts to ask! 📚💕
