I got to ask, when is this stupid trend to hardcode subtitles into Youtube videos gonna die? It’s so unbearable and so useless as there is a customizable CC option in Youtube player. I don’t get it.

What do you think are the biggest fitness myths? For me, it’s the widespread belief that back rounding during exercise is terrible. It’s only terrible if you never train spinal flexion and then go heavy on a movement where straight back is impossible.

I just saw there is a huge Tesla boycott in Europe . Sales are down 59% in Germany , 63% in France . If they can do it in Europe we can boycott the Musk rat as well .
