Do cats dream? I think my cat might have just had a nightmare.

He was sleeping soundly on his bed, then jumped up out of nowhere and started meowing loudly until I came over and petted him.
Now he is sleeping soundly again.

Someone in my (relatively small) town just donated Credence by Penelope Douglas to the local charity shop. I’ll be looking out for signs of more likeminded readers in the local area in the future, I think.

Welp, so I just got laid off this week! As the only earner in the family, that is really freaking scary.
