The Kansas Department of Revenue's attorneys need to explain to Kobach the law and start issuing gender marker changes now. Kobach is absolutely wrong and is abusing his position. Playbook from Trump, don't be afraid to break the law.

I was surprised that there wasn't much notice about it. I'd love for Sharice to give one...she sends a lot of repetitive emails though.
