Yes it's outside the typical skills taught in the PADI AOW but the shop owner/instructor feels like these finning skills are still good to know and practice.

It is! When I got the drysuit I made sure both wrist and neck seals were replaceable.

Probably a combination of nails and my rental undergarment being a bit too tight making it hard to get my drysuit off. Got my own properly fitting undergarment now so hopefully shouldn't be an issue anymore!
