Trump doesn’t know how to negotiate deals. He uses the “hit ‘em, squeeze ‘em” method because that is all he knows. He is a dictator because he doesn’t have the leadership skills necessary to be President.

Your dogma blinds you to the truth. How many Jeremiah Johnsons do you know? Everyone lives in houses built by others, eats food produced by others, drives cars built by others. Everyone benefits from community and owes their gifts to community.

This has been promoted for a long time by conservative organizations, especially the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society. The goal is an exclusive, wealthy, white citizen class and a non-citizen labor class. Obviously, not compatible with a liberal democracy.

Christians are taught it is a virtue to choose beliefs that conform to the dogma of the church, rejecting worldly truths. God sees that faith as righteousness. Evangelical leaders champion Trump as sent by God to form a white Christian nation. They think he is infallible.

The authors of project 2025 previously stacked SCOTUS with justices who agreed with their view of an exclusive citizenship class, a non-citizen labor class, and a unitary President with few restraints from Congress or the justice system.

Talk from the right for many years has promoted the idea of a limited, exclusive citizenship with a non-citizen labor class. For decades they have refused to discuss immigration reform, preferring to keep immigrants in an illegal status. Ending birthright citizenship is a major goal.

Trump’s world view favors regional superpower dictatorships. Trump gets the West; Putin gets Europe and China gets the East. I doubt there will be an invasion but expect a slow conversion.

“Gullible” is the incorrect term. Conservatives are dogmatic. They choose to believe lies that conform to the dogma instilled in them while young. That practice easily evolves to choosing lies that serve personal interest.

@crow.house.gov should have told Martha that Dems have to remind troops that they must not obey unlawful orders because Trump keeps saying that HE is the law. He could also have asked Martha if she voted for the crook who tried to steal his vote (effectively, his citizenship) in 2020.

Religions teach people it is a virtue to create lies to avoid truths that do not conform to text and doctrine. That practice naturally expands to lies that serve personal interest and punishes enemies.
