Forgot to mention that I signed up for Bay to Breakers again! Hopefully no new cancer stuff pops up and I don’t have to cancel again like last year. This’ll be my third running it. ❤️

Deadlifts are the one powerlift I haven’t been able to get back up to my old PR (360lbs), but at least I was able to do all three without error. I’ll get there and continue to work on all of my lifts.

Bench press didn’t go as well as I had hoped. 200lbs is a very recent PR and I kinda wish I had more time work on it before my deload week.

Yesterday was my third powerlifting meet, but my first since my lung cancer diagnosis and resulting treatments. It didn’t go great, but I did better than I thought I would after everything I’ve been through. 💪🏻
(Also, that second attempt was 255lbs, not 250. 😅)

Found a bee on the ground yesterday that was alive, but not moving much. I gave it some honey and dropped some water nearby. It started moving around a lot more then finally flew off. We must protect our bee friends! ☺️🐝

I got a couple of stickers from @peachjars.com at TwitchCon and found a nice spot for one of them on my pre shaker right next to the sticker @morganlefoy.bsky.social gave me at AnimeExpo! 🥰

I’m so happy I got to see @peachjars.com again before I left. She’s such a truly kind, authentic person and she really helped make TwitchCon a truly memorable experience for me! Really hope I get to meet her someday! 🥹❤️

Ran into two of my biggest fitspirations Chris Cardozo and LeanBeefPatty at TwitchCon! I first met them briefly at Anime Expo, but was only able to get a selfie with Patty since Chris was handling the camera for her stream. Glad I was able to get a selfie with him, too, this time! 😊

I’ve been a follower of @l337lauren.bsky.social for what I’m pretty sure has been over a decade now. She’s an incredible gamer and cosplayer and she’s always been super cool in general. Can’t wait to see the picture she took of us when I was in my Labubu cosplay! 😊
