Hi! Meal prepping probably makes recalls much easier and more accurate. I like how intentional your day looks, especially with the variety of fruits, veggies, and protein. It’s interesting to compare how planning ahead can really reduce the uncertainty with food recalls. #BEH353 @beh353.bsky.social

Great point! I like how you highlighted complete vs incomplete proteins, that’s something a lot of people overlook. Its also important to pair different plant-based protein sources too (like beans & rice) to boost fiber intake at the same time. Balance & variety are key! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree! Clickbait and misleading images can distort how people understand nutrition research, making weak or uncertain findings seem much more definitive than they actually are. This made me realize how important it is to focus on the quality of the evidence instead. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
