Catching up on life after the #bloodbowl #nafc (followed by a busy bank holiday!)
Took gnomes.
3-2-1 was my best ever NAFC, first time I've ever won more than 2 games!
Finished 67th overall, from 290-odd. Very pleased with that!
4th best stunty team
11th most casualties
13th most touchdowns

Catching up on life after the #bloodbowl #nafc (followed by a busy bank holiday!)
Took gnomes.
3-2-1 was my best ever NAFC, first time I've ever won more than 2 games!

I've been incredibly busy avoiding painting this year, even going as far as to do things like exercise instead.
But with a big #bloodbowl tournament coming up this weekend I did have to paint at least one mini, the star attraction of my gnome team, Grombrindal, the White Dwarf

I'd forgotten the Black Library deadline was yesterday. Luckily I finished mine last week so submitted early.
Don't think my entry is what is really wanted, but it ticked all the boxes so there's always hope. And it's a Christmas story, which might be perfect timing given how long it usually takes!

Youngest son is 12 today so I spent most of the day being a good dad & building #warhammer goodies
He also built & painted a load of death guard for himself but I think these were a bit daunting for him!

If there's one hobby tip I can offer: for those who don't have a professional display case to keep the dust off, the Ferrero Rocher 30packs are the perfect size to hold around 20 guard/SM/necro sized units, and the 16packs fit a tidy 5man terminator squad (plus, ya know, chocolate).

With the team done the afternoon before the event, I had "plenty" of time to paint some tokens. Finished on Friday with a good 20mins to spare before I left!
