Liking yourself is a massive step forward it will put you in a good position to face any challenges thrown your way, look after the kids, be nice to your lady, even if it's difficult at times and just be cool. As long as you like your own company you'll be happy again soon.

Sorry to hear you've been going through some hard times my friend I've followed you on twitter for maybe 6-7 years. It's a tough situation and you may not get the result you desire but the sun will shine again one day. Things will get better even if life changes dramatically.

I listened to a previous episode the other day where you were singing the praises of Daytona. I've liked but never loved the game, it was always overshadowed by Sega Rally in my collection. But I've put a couple of hours grind into it and Wow! It's brilliant.
