⚠️ Attention to Canadian customers: Please read the following about Canada Post's current strike and how it may impact your packages.

CANADA POST SHIPPING UPDATE

Canada Post’s operations have shut down as of September 25 due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) and their ongoing strike. This means that mail and packages will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike. There is currently no anticipated timeline for when the strike will be resolved.

This means that any orders that have been placed or shipped out with USPS has the shipping option in the last month or so will likely encounter delays getting to their final destination, as Canada Post receives those orders once they cross the border.

For the time being, The USPS is still accepting packages to Canada and entrusting them to Canada Post, and Canada Post will process shipments in the order they were received once the strike is resolved. As a result, once orders destined for Canada leave our warehouse, we will not be able to offer any order updates as we normally would.

If your order hasn’t shipped and you’d like to see if there are alternate shipping options available, please contact our customer service team at support@sanshee.com.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Alternate shipping options may incur increased costs or additional import duties that are out of our control.

Please note that even when the strike ends, it may take some time for Canada Post’s processing and delivery to fully return back to normal. We will be watching this situation closely and will provide updates as they are available to us. Until then, we appreciate your patience as the situation continues to evolve.

Yes, exactly! Our pre-orders are usually a set quantity that can be ordered and “reserved” in advance. Once a pre-order is placed, that item and any others in their order are “reserved” until the pre-order item(s) have arrived. Once all items have arrived, then the order will ship.
