2) she sues to have it removed. suit is dismissed.
3) reporting on the suit results in said picture of her house becoming very well known and seen by many people who wouldn't have otherwise

we said to our partner that the reason that jacob seems to be unable to connect it all is because he just leaves the entire ng+ cutscene outside of the discussion. even if you don't get it from the story, touching ng+ once spells out that the game is about the relationship between audience and media
