I cannot believe they tried this, a practicing CPA! I guess their thinking was the dollar amounts were small enough it would escape attention. Gross income <$90K, comp under $20k. No excuse.
I notified client and suggested they hire a tax attorney to help clean it up.

Looked at two more years, same. now I have to figure out how and what to tell this new client.
