There are many games that are quietly banned, delisted, or trapped in indefinite review for unclear reasons, with developers too worried about retaliation to speak publicly. We are grateful to the journalists and outlets who have reported, and who will continue to report, on these cases.

Hopefully our story brings attention to the broader issue at stake: the need for clearer rules, transparent processes, and meaningful accountability from near monopolistic distribution platforms and the systems they enforce.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us over the past 15 years, and everyone who discovered Santa Ragione through HORSES. We truly hope we will have the opportunity to make something for you again in the future.

Unfortunately it’s not enough to begin production on a new game. If sales keep steady, we might be able to fund a new prototype in the future, but please keep in mind the team has had to, and will have to, keep working other jobs and projects.

As you might have read, the game's success will allow us to pay off the loans we took to finish development. That alone is a huge relief, and it makes us infinitely more serene than the alternative!
