Game 8- Dungeon Explorer (89). A simple evolution of something like Gauntlet. A little too basic in some ways, but has a great feel and some incredible music, especially near the end. I hope to have a full 5 player session of this with friends one day.

Ikaruga is pretty much the early 00s equivalent of a "Dark Souls HARDEST GAME EVER???" type vibe that certain enthusiast just focused in on hard. Because it was a Dreamcast and GameCube game it sorta had an underdog vibe that made certain people want to get extra annoying about it.
