Nah it was a standalone game, I remember it was 2d 3/4 view, maybe sprite art? Dev was vaguely controversial for something I don't really remember

There was this one game (Dont remember the name) where the sexual content was used as a game over but you ALSO do it as an equivalent to a doom-style "glory kill" mechanic, which I think is much smarter

I always found Changed as a video game very funny because the developer has an obvious rubber goop transformation fetish but the sprites are all done in a way where they don't look particularly rubbery and the transformations are all fail states that actively set you back.
