Riqui Duan is one of the most underrated prospect at this point. He's a really good ball-handler and finisher for Sichuan Whales. He has a good ball-handling and can score over defenders, even when they are 2 or 3 on him. He's also a good outside shooter, as catch-and-shooter as pull-up shooter
