Yep! I can show you the online meetings I've had with my clinician and the nutritionist. But it's been a combination of eating right, intermittent fasting, adjusting to my fitter lifestyle, and having the motivation to do it.

Fwiw, I got help via my Occupational Health to get a free subscription to Roczen, so access to a clinician who helped me identify my issues with food and my relationship with fitness and nutrition. I lost weight, and then spent like 1.5 years with a PT learning and relearning before my current form.

I haven't spoken to you in a while about my journey, but I managed 50kg x 5 reps (5 sets) on barbell squats this week and reached the same weight for deadlifts 🤓 Weighing 54kg nowadays and same waist circumference so nutritionist thinks I've gained muscle!
