New scents! I have added some new blended scents to my Tallow line. (Both my candles & salve) My favorite? ‘Boreal Forest’ if I close my eyes and take a deep breath…I’m in the BWCA! #instagood

My favorite comfort food? PB&J toast. As a kid-it was peanut butter, grape jelly on white bread. Now? Cashew butter, all-fruit raspberry jelly on sprouted bread. Still…it’s comfort food for those late nights when your dinner of fish, squash, and salad didn’t quite fill you up 😉 #comfortfood

Started brewing Kombucha again. Our well water is gonna be perfect! I used Assam Black Tea with this batch and a scoby from a friend. Can’t wait until 2nd fermentation! What flavors do YOU like? What should I try? Citrus/rosehip? Strawberry/Hibiscus? Cucumber/Mint? Blueberry/Maple? #kombucha

Amazing when adults try new things! @joseyweik.bsky.social is learning how to kite surf! I ventured out to Park Point to watch him. Then we had sushi for lunch (my first time eating sushi)…a great mom/son few hours of my day.

Helping Josey get the tracks back on the Kubota Excavator. I wasn’t much help, he did all the work. I just took photos, made him laugh, and was his gopher. I sure do love hanging out with my son. We have so much fun together!

Huckleberry always finds a spot! My car is packed to the gills…last load from closing up our off-grid cabin on the Gunflint Trail. Utah was jammed in the front seat, and Bee taking up all the room in the backseat (typical!)

My Cattleya orchid “Paradise” finally bloomed! First bloom since I bought it off Esty 2 years ago. There are 6 more buds that re not opened yet. Even more gorgeous than I expected!

Closed up our off-grid cabin for the season. Always hard to say “goodbye”. Looking forward to coming back this spring. The night before I left I was greeted by a Great Horned owl that flew right over me in the dead of night. I hope it got a meal!
