apparently just a really painful muscle cramp (and no, 'only' two hours, def has perks to live in a small town).

Well... apparently it was just a REALLY BAD muscle spasm which left some residual pain; nothing snapped, nothing ripped, just the calf being silly!
Stocked up on magnesium now and resting the leg for the rest of the day!

Did not expect to spend the morning in the emergency room - nothing too bad, just a weird snap and searing pain in my calf on my way too car... which makes working while standing impossible.
Hence: hospital 😟
Now we wait.

I had to be at work so I had to wait until my lunch break (and I may have penciled in same fake clients after that because I KNEW i couldn't handle sharp objects near people's faces).
