Temps dropped too low in the past 24 hours that I had to harvest all of my outdoor tomatoes, womp womp.
But it's really cool that I can make a salad now with my own hydroponic lettuce too!! 🥗

Took a day trip to NJ earlier this week to pop into the American Dream Mall + Edgewater for Mitsuwa and Daiso!
The mall has expanded SO much since I went a year ago, I want to go back... Döner and katsu tax too 🤤

The honeydew stopped growing so I finally picked it, has a little fruit (with no flavor LOL)! Micro tomatoes finally started growing fruit too so I should be able to harvest sometime around MFF :D

I made pistachio pesto gnocchi, everything from scratch!! It took a bit longer than I wanted it to (2 hours) but it was worth giving a shot, and it tastes great!

Overdue for pesto, I tried a different recipe and used pistachios and WOW. It's so delicious!! Threw in some spicy pork meatballs too for some protein, definitely using pistachios more often 🤤

It's October 1st. Somehow my outdoor garden is flourishing. Cucumber has its first flowers, a million (green) cherry tomatoes, strawberries forming, honeydew is still growing. Huh?
