Thank you to the city of Lubbock for being laid out in a nice predictable grid with numbered streets so if I take a wrong turn I can find my way back without consulting GPS, which is a huge win for my spatial-reasoning-challenged brain! Why don’t more cities do this 😩

Absolutely! She has LOTS of ideas. How attached are you to the idea of furniture being upholstered? Because she’d be happy to reduce all of it to the bare frame. Nice & minimalist. She’s also quite good at reducing clutter.*
