I went to see Wicked at the Palace in Manchester last week. It was wonderful, of course.
It was the last of the shows I'd booked in 2024 and now I've no theatre visits to look forward to. I need to rectify this, BlueSky.

My house alarm went off at 5.30 this morning (and it is LOUD), scaring the life out of all of us and waking my toddler up crying. Safe to say I'm tired and grouchy this morning!

Publishers spend a fortune gifting ARC copies of books. This. Is. Not. Okay.
1. Don’t sell ARCs.
2. It says ‘not for resale’ right there on the book.
3. The prices are disgusting, the books aren’t yours to sell and you should be ashamed.

There's currently a mouse in my kitchen. I think I've managed to trap it, with its only way out into the humane trap filled with peanut butter. Is it going in the trap, or is it going to gnaw its way out and destroy my kitchen?? 🤷
