Have you ever noticed that if the name of the stitch contains any European country, the stitch is likely to be a pain in the neck?

I started an embroidery journal. I think it’s going to end up with a “people who embroider are people who have the patience to stab something several thousand times in a row” vibe.

Sometime you need to notice the small things - like your neighbor who has chosen to wear loafers and no socks as the right footwear to scrape four inches of ice off her driveway using a garden hoe. Very upstate NY.
