I’ve gotten more feedback on this Substack post than any before. There are apparently a lot of us out there just winging it everyday because this political climate has destroyed us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - really enjoyed Deep Cuts. Though, I’m fairly certain I wasn’t smart enough to understand some of it. But it was like Tomorrow x3 if it was about music instead of video games. Out Feb 25. #booksky

Currently reading. I’ll be honest, I struggle with Elizabeth Strout so I’m not sure if this will be for me. I like the stories, don’t care for the writing. Maybe it’s just me. But, what are you reading? #booksky

Finished this one and it really surprised me. The cover suggests a typical rom com but it had a lot more depth and I was genuinely surprised by some of the twists! #booksky

Because today is really hard, and because it is bitterly cold outside, I plan to do three things today: build Legos with my kids, do some coloring, and start reading The No-Show by Beth O’Leary. I need happy in my day. How are you protecting your peace today?

I chose 6 books to re-read this year that I’ve loved before. Almost finished with the first. This cli fi novel is both so scary and feels so likely. Have you read The Light Pirate by Lily Brooks-Dalton? #booksky
