#Trump a pompous, conceited, thoroughly odious man who cares nothing for the suffering of Gaza only for his own ego. Narcissists only help others if there is something to be gained for themselves & includes praise & adulation. It is thoroughly sickening to be rewarded for this.

For those plagued with negative thoughts & anxiety, I’ve used this method for years to control anxiety, which begins with a negative thought. Instead of a blue dolphin I use sunflower imagery. A way of replacing negative thoughts which lead to anxiety.
