Magic & Murder in the Holler released one month ago today! And what a surreal month it’s been.

Turns out, I have readers in places I never expected

It's #caturday, and Whiskey has a packed schedule of zoomies and naps planned.

She's also told me she wants me to read Magic & Murder in the Holler to her again. She loved the spooky atmosphere, but thought I should've made her the main character instead of Adeline.

I’m beyond excited to announce the title for The Arcane Codex Book 2!

Adeline, Jakob, Elijah and all your other faves from Magic & Murder in the Holler will be returning in Death & Destiny in the Mountains, which will be coming in Fall 2026.

I regret nothing

Two out of two cats in my house wished they'd learned how to read so they can enjoy Magic & Murder in the Holler when it comes out next week.

Adeline isn't anti-romance but is a realist. She's old enough to know that grand gestures and dramatic love confessions only happen in movies and has love/a relationship firmly in the "nice to have, but don't need to have" category.

#FantasyIndiesDecember Day 5 - MCs' friends and family

Adeline doesn't have many friends because she doesn't let too many people close to her. Her family consists of her twin brother, an aunt, and some cousins.

Jakob has four older half-sisters and a few people he'd call "sort-of" friends.

I'm a little late to starting #fantasyindiesdecember but better late than never, right?
