In a statement earlier today, Elise Stefanik said she was proud to vote for a bill that guts Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP, while driving up the deficit.

Received my letter of promotion yesterday: Associate Professor Schaff, starting this fall. Lots to say about the years-long process of promotion/hazing that I'm still figuring out how to write about. There's plenty wrong with higher ed--none of it what the WH is persecuting universities for.

#NY21 is one of the poorest districts in NY, dependent on Medicaid, which Elise Stefanik & her GOP colleagues are trying to gut. Looks like she wants killing poor people & kicking our elderly out of nursing homes to be her final legacy in the House.
