Yes, but I suspect that’s an Apple glitch as opposed to a CarPlay glitch. It also happens with Bluetooth speakers and my AirPods.

Yeah, I think our gravel road was not good for the charging port on the ID. Had to have it replaced once, and had to fight VW to get it done. That’s when I traded it in. We have the lightning and a polestar2 now.

It’s a hell of a solid vehicle. I’ve run mine over 25k miles in the first year with nary a problem.
