Yes it's an election day; today is also the National Day of Mourning for people killed, injured, or made ill in the workplace. At today's event I learned that over 1000 people in Canada die in the workplace each year.

Visited my former workplace the City of Thunder Bay Archives this morning celebrating Archives Awareness Week. New items I am glad I don't have to deal with: "star" tiles from a walk of fame in a building to be torn down shortly. Where does one even start with that?
