And if you can afford it and find a reputable provider- highly recommend ketamine infusion. Ketamine has been more effective than any ssri I've ever been put on. It's expensive, and insurance won't pay for it, but it's life-altering for some people. Especially ND people. DM me if you wanna!

Everyone I talk to that's done it says it's hard, but really effective. My therapist is getting certified over the new year, and I'm excited to try it. If you live out of your body, dissociate, or intellectualize; I hear great things. Typical talk therapy isn't very effective for my autistic/ocd ass
