I'd like to announce that I made something!
I created this skirmish wargame based on the Europan Ice war.
I haven't tested it yet and I have no real game designer experience, so it's probably a mess.
Feedback is appreciated though!

A new battle brother for my Start Phantoms army!
The painting process with a sponge is REALLY different from what I'm used to so a mini that was supposed to take 1 hour ended up taking 3 days.
But at least he's done now

Finally got done with my unit of goth slingers for my Oathmark human army.
Took a lot longer than I was expecting because I went to do other stuff in the meantime but I'm satisfied with the end result.

Building some weirder weapons for my Frostgrave soldiers.
This one is a two handed cleaver (or godenak I don't think there's any specific name).
The weird shape means I have to carve the plasticard very carefully.
But it makes for a pretty nasty looking piece of equipment.

They're made of plaster and cast in a woodland scenics mold.

Getting these yellows was super hard but the final results are amazing

I'm curious about what #osr players and GMs think of a sort of hybrid XP system:
XP for gold
+
XP for monsters
+
XP for quests/discovery/goals
Sure it's not 100% old school, but I think it's still a great system. Especially for low level play, so the game can be "safer".
