If this is Google Docs, it's possible traditional screen readers don't work on there because they use a Canvas to render the editor, as opposed to traditional, bespoke html elements, since those are slow to update.

Honestly, the only way to find out, would be to try it. As you post here, you're only reaching a small subset of your own audience, where as your idea might cater to a different audience.

You should try to create a bundle for both games!
