Indeed, there are lots of Zoom featured many (including me) have never heard of.

What disturbs me most is how few people are aware of / use Zoom's end-to-end encryption. Holding committee meetings discussing money, exams, tenure reviews etc. without basic security is a bold choice.

I think a lot of people don't know this Zoom feature exists: under "React" there's a "Be Right Back" button that mutes your audio, turns off your camera, and puts a label on your square. And then when you come back you just click the "Back" button.

Please tell me you are kidding.

As the system is not backed up externally, all documents stored on the repository have been lost. Government employees have been advised to save all work-related documents on G Drive since 2018, rather than on their computers.

Government branches that have exclusively used the system to store work documents are expected to experience significant disruptions to operations.
