Campaigning at the CSS College forum! It’s really good that they have a regular event like this. There’s even food and drinks! I’m sure we have enough money to do this at every College and bring people together.

Third day of campaigning for ANU Council. Ran out of flyers while visiting the folks in the CASS building. I’ve never been inside and it’s gorgeous. Sadly, ran out of time for the top floor, and I’m now in Sydney. See you next week!

Second day of my ANU Council campaign. Getting to know my CBE colleagues

Running for ANU Council is difficult decision as a unionist, but I feel strongly that ANU needs a member with deep institutional history and governance experience right now. My ultimate loyalty is to the entire ANU community. On the Council I will work for the benefit of all our students and staff.

It is depressing, but view what we found in the study as kind of a positive. We know insects are disappearing but getting a sense for the cause can help mitigate the losses. In Fiji it’s very likely land cover change and habitat fragmentation.

The interim report on university governance aligns with what the ANU community has been saying. The government's recommendations for greater transparency and accountability, like publishing meeting minutes and disclosing executive pay, directly reflect what we want.
