Man, grief fucking sucks. Between me and the void it's been a struggle these past few months. The fall of this year has not been great mentally, physically for a lot of folks. So please care for yourselves, seek the help and support you need.

Finished the CIBC run for the cure yesterday, our team raised over 5500$ for breast cancer. Pushed through the run with my niece on my shoulders. 10\10 would do again #fuckcancer #irunformymom
