Thank you!! ☺️ And yeah, I'm learning that the hard way! 😬 I'm normally pretty active, eat my veggies and protein, sleep well, etc. but I really let the stress get to me this past year and now my body is displaying that stress lol.. but I'm learning to rest 😮‍💨

Yeah it's hard going from cold to bronchitis 😂 like by day 2, I already knew something had to be wrong. I was seriously coughing till bleh 🤮 so then I was hungry lol. It was a lot going on until I got antibiotics and cough suppressants 😬

Thank you!! I never get sick (other than a cold once a year maybe) so being seriously sick was tough 😬
