As of my walk today I'm well out of Nazareth now and into Tzippori National Park. I may be going at a snail's pace but I'm the steadiest snail you ever met 🐌 🏁

Got in one walk already this week, I'm almost 5 miles in last I checked! Still working out my schedule, I'm keeping it pretty loose. Good thing is I'm not in any pain anymore and feeling great physically now that I'm in a habit. Will post distance again soon 🏃‍♀️

After several days of rest and figuring out a couple of settings on my treadmill I'm doing much better & making much more headway now. The last couple of days I've been doing more than a half mile a day! Feeling more comfortable and moving forward more confidently. 🎉👍

Had to stop my walk 7 minutes in today as my right leg was showing signs of worsening strain. Seems like I've found my limit for the moment so I'm going to take a couple of days of rest. Didn't feel great to bail on a walk but better to prevent injury and walk again this weekend than push my luck 🤕

Was another extremely hot day today, ended up with just one longer walk at nearly 20 minutes, but it was .2 miles! Working out some pretty big tightness in my right IT band. Those things always give me complaints but I have a foam roller that might help. Keeping on trucking. 🚚

One screenshot but I did my normal two walks today, and I did a total of .27 miles, or 21 minutes of steady walking, some of it brisk. It's been incredibly hot here (97F!) to the point that it's a bit sweaty even in air conditioning. I felt like I earned this distance. Consistency 👍

This is the Jesus Trail medal. It's an olive tree on one side w/a peacock & the Sea of Galilee on the back, resting on an olive branch. This bird was a symbol of eternal life. There are old church mosaics of peacocks in Capernaum which refer Christ's healing miracles in his ministry.

Today was my 1st day on this challenge. I had a couple of health issues this year that led me to gaining some structure after a very hard road to finding my way here. I have a treadmill at home & I'm going to be taking mini walks throughout my day. Seeing where that leads me. Going for consistency!
