Super Mario 64. Even though I love the game, there is always room for improvement.
Updated graphics is a must, but try to keep the original gameplay mostly intact. Just bring in the DS content, maybe add some additional stuff too, and I'll be down to spend any price for it.

Yes, I am 100% sure that they will add very single member of the Deadly Six just to make that character count go up.
