Dan Ryan took a few days to send out an email blast calling for an end to political violence so I thought I would give him a couple days grace before he surely sent out an email about the importance of freedom of speech

In an email from August 1st, Dan Ryan seemed to tell his constituents that he cares about national issues, but that's ultimately not his job and he will only focus on local issues. So why is he sending an email about a shooting in a different state?

Everyone waiting with bated breath for Dan Ryan to condemn Charlie Kirk being shot can finally breath a sigh of relief

Lmao
I got a new email newsletter from Dan Ryan and now his tune is that all his fellow council members who he characterized as anti-capitalist children who lacked his experience are professional politicians and he's the only one listening to salt of the earth Portlanders

I fear that the younger generations may already no longer remember that concerts aren't supposed to be a luxury. I constantly see people post about flying to shows and then they get upset they lost the cost of a hotel and plane ticket if a show is postponed

Fortunately shortly after buying new socks, my office had a pile of free socks for some reason. I waited til the end of the week and took all the ones still there. Not used to tall socks, but we will see how sturdy these bad boys are

I have never bought such shitty quality socks. Shame on adidas. After like 3 months, I started noticing the sock wearing out. Now about four months in, I can see my foot completely

If you see one of these signs on a corner store in a historically Black neighborhood and the guy behind the counter is a 40 year old white dude in a polo, run

I'm going to keep bringing this up to stave off insanity, but the Wall Street Journal has been normalizing Nayib Bukele and El Salvador's police state for years with minor critiques to cover themselves like the 3rd sentence of the 4th paragraph of their IG post mentioning "rights groups"

Somehow ended up on the D*n Ry*n mailing list and I guess he picked two of the least appealing candidates who ran against him to join his team

Liberals seem to understand voting is strategic insofar as leftists should hold their nose and vote for the Dem, but no one in Portland should regret not voting Harris. She won OR. And honestly if Multnomah County went Red, then the Dems have a bigger issue than one guy sitting out
