I escaped a decade of so ago after 6 years of living in the Tampa area. I did go back for a few weeks 2 years ago, and just the difference from those few years was disturbing.

Yeah, I'm used to dealing with scorpions and reapers for hot sauces, but this is a direction I hadn't tried, and a spicier oil to showcase the individual flavours of the pepper can be versatile and interesting.
But yes, I have filled my house with fumes before and had to evacuate. 😅🤣😂
