Isn’t this idea similar to socialism where the gap between rich and poor is narrower? This is not suitable for a capitalist country like America.

Not all H1Bs are contractors. Many companies who value their FTEs cut contractors first. When H1B job is cut they get only 60 days to look another job. If unsuccessful, they go back to their homeland.

Yes they are in the backlog. So? Many of them will go back if they can’t sustain the jobs. Others will wait until their time comes.

lol why do I have to attend law school? I am a past H1B holder. Me and several of people on H1B have become citizens by keeping their jobs and working hard. None of them have married American. We know the course, don’t you worry.

There are 85,000 h1B visas per year. This is not a news. If Americans can do these jobs, you should target then government and corporations that are neglecting you.
