Here's another video where a truck driver complains about 100-liter limits on diesel fuel sales. The route is from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast to Crimea. In Crimea, the limit is 20 liters.

A fire was detected at a transformer substation at the Yekaterininskaya oil pumping station.
It's located on the Kuibyshev-Tikhoretsk pipeline, which transports low-sulfur crude oil to the port of Novorossiysk. Previously the Zanzivatka and Kuzmichi stations were hit.
