If I already paid for a game things like unlockable characters and costumes should be unlocked by doing something in the game, not by shelling out money.

No I mean they have zero motivation unless people are instantly telling them how great it is. If you publish a book for example you have no idea how most people will react until it’s out there. Yet the author still manages to finish it.

I listen to them because I can listen during work when I otherwise wouldn’t have much time to read.

I feel the same way when I go to read a fan fiction and the author just writes “I suck at summaries”. If you can’t be bothered to tell me what your story is about, why should I be bothered to read it?

I hate that it’s taboo to see a movie alone. I mean it’s not like you’re going there to chat with people or something. You sit there quietly.
