I ate Panda Express last night and had an instant migraine afterwards. It lasted all night and into my morning. It was really good food but I don’t know if it was worth the migraine.

I just deleted Facebook tonight. I had already deleted instagram and Twitter late last year. I had fb for almost 20 years. But I am dedicated to not participating in platforms that make me unhappy. It’s never too late to be brand new ❤️
