Your question is weak. If all Trump and Hegseth were doing with our military was destroying the boats, okay. But they are extrajudicially killing people, and that is what the uproar is about. Not simply destroying boats.

The Fourteenth Amendment is pretty clear. It doesn't mention maternal immigration status as an exception like it does diplomats.
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
