I really hope not. However, the Joker was a deleted scene in the first film and if he does have a part in the second then I would imagine the odds of HQ appearing would/could be significantly high.

Has Halloween is just around the corner, what ‘relatively’ unknown horror films would you recommend that are genuinely scary. My suggestion. George C Scott’s ‘The Changeling’.
